Within your hotel room search results you will see two types of availability which are ‘Instant booking’ and ‘Booking request’. Hotel rooms which have ‘live’ calendar availability are marketed as ‘Instant booking’. They are sorted by default at the top of your results. Booking in these cases are instant and your dates are instantly added to the online calendar after your booking.
‘Booking request’ hotel rooms will allow you to inquire about an apartments’ availability – answer for which you will typically receive within one hour of your inquiry (if the inquiry is during working hours). Otherwise, it will never take us more than 12 hours to get back to you with availability. Keep in mind that even if the hotel room you chose isn’t available, our manager will offer you other options, similar to the one you chose.
