How do we get to the hotel room we booked?

Once the hotel room is reserved there are three ways to check in:

  1. You may order Airport or Train station transfer with our driver for extra fee. Our drivers will wait for you at the Airport even in cases of delays and will take you directly to your reserved accommodation to check you in.
  2. If you are using your own transfer or traveling on your own – you can simply call us 30 minutes before your arrival and our English peaking manager will meet you directly in front of the building entrance of your reserved hotel room. This option is available for check ins between hours of 9am and 9pm.  
  3. If you are using your own transfer and arrive during night hours of 9pm and 9am – keys to your luxury hotel room will be left at our mini Hotel that’s open 24 hours. The location is next to Kreschatyk Street and our administrator will bring keys down to you from our reception. Exact address of our mini hotel that has 24/7 reception is:
