Comfort, kitchen/bath appliances, location and privacy.
No 'dislikes', but things to consider: - Add curtains for more privacy (not only drapes) - Make sure the external door (one leading to the rooms) are always close for more safety - Install/repair kitchen hood

The location of hotel is very good, close to metro and to city centre. Each our request from staff was solved. The apartments after 1st day was cleaned and nice ordered
1. We arrived at night (23:00). The apartment was not ready for our arrive : the boiler was switched off and it took time until it provided hot water, the bedding was for a couple, so night staff had to bring another set of bedding. They did not find another bedding set, since it was in cleaning. 2. I do not know if it is included in your service, but bottle of water and a bag of tea you can provide to the guests that arrive at night, without any possibility to buy them due to closed stores or no local money for buying 3. You knew that family arrived with 2 little children, however, you provided us apartment on the 3rd floor with the elevator for one amateur could enter there. That was a real "adventure" for us to lift trolly each day to the third floor. 4. Jacuzzi is not maintained. Each time we tried to start it the smell of sewage was starting to come out. I talked to staff and he tried to solve it, but nothing was changed.

I liked the size of appartement and location.
Furnitures are very old style, mattress is so hard.... sorry could you do something on it !

The flat facilities and the cleaning staff. The central location was also a plus.
Unfortunately, it was very audible, you could hear the steps from the corridor and the upper neighbor, on the weekend there was also a party outside. Also, the location of the flat needed getting used to. It was also difficult to find the reception. There were also mosquitoes that kept coming back.

Квартира немного уставшая, посуды почти нет (бокалы, например, хотелось бы), но это совсем некритично. Лифт смешной)))

На первом месте - это персонал! Очень отзывчивый и профессиональный) Расположение отеля, просто идеальное!
Окно в спальне выходило на кирпичную стену) И пыль на стене у изголовья кровати (очень хорошо видно в темное время суток, при включенном бра)

So big, nice and clean apartment. Well equipped. I asked about a baby crib and it was done so easy. The location is brilliant.
Everything was great, but I would install window screens, we had some problems with mosquitoes.
